Terms and Conditions of 7kwin – Terms of Use

1. Registration, Eligibility & User Account

1.1 Who Can Register

The 7kwin platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list for betting platforms;
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or first-degree relative of anyone associated with 7kwin.

1.2 One Account per Person

Each user is entitled to only one active account on 7kwin. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, different email addresses, or any other method is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all of them will be blocked immediately and the balances held for review. Accounts created by third parties on someone else's behalf are also prohibited.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

By registering, you agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. The name, CPF, date of birth, and contact details entered at registration must exactly match your real personal information. 7kwin reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time and to close accounts with false information, withholding balances for compliance review.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately via live chat. 7kwin is not liable for losses resulting from the user voluntarily sharing their own credentials.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy

2.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

7kwin accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in Brazilian reais (BRL):

7kwin does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment method used must be registered under the same CPF linked to the account. Deposits identified as coming from third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended for review.

2.2 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

To request your first withdrawal, you must have completed identity verification (KYC), which requires submitting a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) along with a selfie holding the document. Verification is a one-time process and takes an average of 15 minutes on business days. The minimum withdrawal via Pix is R$ 20.00, with processing completed within 10 minutes for verified accounts. TED withdrawals have a minimum of R$ 50.00 and a processing time of up to 1 business day.

2.3 Destination bank account

Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts held in the name of the 7kwin account holder, with the same CPF on file. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted, regardless of any family or personal relationship. This policy protects users against fraud and complies with anti-money laundering regulations applicable to the Brazilian betting market.

2.4 Segregated Funds

Player balances are held in bank accounts separate from 7kwin's operational funds. This ensures that user deposits are always available for withdrawal, regardless of the company's financial situation. Fund segregation is a non-negotiable commitment from 7kwin to its users.

3. Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

3.1 General bonus conditions

Every bonus granted by 7kwin — whether a welcome offer, reload, cashback, or any other promotion — is subject to the specific terms of that offer, which are displayed at the time of opt-in. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses include:

• Rollover requirement: the bonus balance must be wagered a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier varies by promotion and is clearly stated on the offer page;
• Expiration period: bonuses not used within the stipulated timeframe are automatically canceled with no possibility of reactivation;
• Eligible games: not all games contribute equally toward meeting the rollover requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, Sports Betting, and crash games may have different contribution rates, as specified in the promotion's terms;
• One bonus per promotion: stacking multiple bonuses from the same promotion on a single account is not permitted.

3.2 Bonus Abuse

7kwin reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold winnings in cases of identified abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing hedge bets (opposing bets) to meet rollover requirements without risk, coordinating between accounts to exploit promotions, or any other practice that constitutes bad-faith use of promotions. In proven cases of abuse, the account may be closed.

3.3 7kwin VIP Program

The 7kwin VIP program is based on cumulative betting volume. The tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, each with progressively greater benefits: higher deposit and withdrawal limits, priority processing, personalized cashback, and — at the top tiers — a dedicated account manager. The exact requirements for each tier and their corresponding benefits are detailed on the VIP program page within the platform.

4. Sports Betting

4.1 Bet Acceptance

Sports Betting at 7kwin covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and the major European leagues), MMA/UFC, volleyball (Superliga, Liga das Nações, Olympics), basketball (NBB and NBA), e-sports, and more. All bets are subject to 7kwin's approval. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit bets without providing a reason.

4.2 Odds & Changes

The odds offered by 7kwin reflect the market assessment at the time of the offer and may change at any moment before the event begins. Once a bet is confirmed by the user and accepted by 7kwin, the odds are locked in for that ticket. Obvious pricing errors (odds clearly off-market due to a technical fault) give 7kwin the right to cancel the bet and return the staked amount to the user's balance.

4.3 Bet Cancellation & Settlement

• Event canceled before it starts: bets are fully refunded to the account balance.
• Event started and permanently suspended: bets are settled based on the official result at the time of the interruption, where applicable, or refunded if no result has been determined.
• Live betting: live markets may be suspended or cancelled during an event. Bets already confirmed before the suspension remain valid.
• Incorrect result: in the event of an incorrect result being published, 7kwin will correct the settlement as soon as the official result is confirmed by the event organizer.

4.4 Multiple bets (accumulator)

In accumulator bets, all selections must be correct for the bet to win. If one selection is voided (due to a postponed or cancelled event), the bet is recalculated without that selection. If two or more selections on the same accumulator are voided, the remaining selections stand under the same conditions.

5. Casino Games

5.1 Randomness & RTP

All casino games available on 7kwin — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and live casino — use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed on that game's page. 7kwin does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

5.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a casino round (connection drop, system error), the round in progress may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the user's balance. 7kwin is not liable for bets lost due to connection issues on the user's end (unstable internet, dead battery, etc.).

5.3 Live Casino

Live casino rooms are operated by certified third-party providers. The specific rules for each live game follow the rules set by the provider responsible for that table. If there is any discrepancy between the rules displayed at the table and those in this document, the live game provider's rules take precedence for that session.

6. Responsible Gambling

6.1 7kwin's Commitment

• Deposit limits: configurable per day, week, or month. They take effect immediately. Decreases apply right away; increases take 24 hours to come into effect;
• Cooling-off period: a temporary betting pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. It cannot be canceled before the period ends;
• Self-exclusion: account lock for a set period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year). Cannot be reversed before the period ends.

6.2 Minor Protection

7kwin is a platform restricted to users aged 18 and over. Any registration attempt by a minor will be blocked. If you are responsible for minors, we recommend using parental control tools on your device to prevent access to the platform. Confirmed use by a minor will result in immediate account closure and a refund of deposits, minus any winnings obtained.

7. Account Suspension, Block & Closure

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

7kwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the event of:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating multiple accounts;
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity;
• Bonus abuse identified;
• Use of technical means to manipulate game results;
• Use of the platform by a minor;
• Request by the user themselves (voluntary closure).

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure Process

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any available balance (excluding unreleased bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal as normal. Once closed, the account cannot be reopened — a new registration will be required if the user wishes to return to the platform in the future.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

7kwin reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email and/or through a notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the new terms take effect.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Brazilian law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of the 7kwin platform, the parties elect the courts of São Paulo, SP, as the competent jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be. Before pursuing any legal action, the user must attempt to resolve the matter amicably through 7kwin's support channel.
